What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces/style.

Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a direct manufacturer with 28 years of experience in producing high-quality sweaters and knitted products.

Can we get samples to check before placing large quantity?

Sure, sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us on inquiry and make sure which kind of designs you need, in general, it will take 3-7 days to finish a sample.

I only have a picture or idea. Can you make it?

Yes, of course!
You don’t need a full tech pack
Just send us your sketch or image — we’ll make a free mockup for you
Once you approve, we can make a sample and go to bulk production.

How long does it take to make samples and bulk order?

Sample usually takes 3–7 days.
After you confirm, bulk production takes about 1–3 weeks, depending on the schedule and order details.We’ll keep you updated at every step.

Which delivery terms do you use? And how about the delivery time?

Papa Garment offers the most suitable shipping options as client's request:

Stander airline by UPS, DHL, FedEx: 5-7 days to door after shipping

Economy airline by UPs: 12-14 days to door after shipping

Sea shipping: 22-25 days to door after shipping

Can you do rush orders?

What kind of payment term do you accept?

We accept T/T, Paypal, Credit Card, E-checking, Order Online, Trade Assurance, ect. we need 50% deposit when you place the order, the balance should be paid before shipping.

Are there any hidden fees?

We will provide a comprehensive quote at the beginning, including taxes, sample costs, bulk order costs, and shipping options. There will be no hidden fees.
