What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

For custom kids sweaters, our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.

Is there a charge for design assistance

We offer free design help, but there’s a $30 upfront design fee per piece, covering three revisions. This fee will be fully refunded when you place a sample order

What is your turnaround time?

For custom kids sweaters, sample production takes 3-5 days, and bulk production takes 7-14 days.

If you need a rush order, we can make special arrangements

Are there any hidden fees?

We will provide a comprehensive quote at the beginning, including taxes, sample costs, bulk order costs, and shipping options. There will be no hidden fees.

Can you produce without a design or tech pack?

We have a professional design team. Just share your ideas with us, and we will create a model for your approval before proceeding with production.

Which delivery terms do you use? And how about the delivery time?

Stander airline by UPS, DHL, FedEx: 5-7 days to door after shipping.

Economy airline by UPs: 12-14 days to door after shipping.

Sea shipping: 22-25 days to door after shipping.

What kind of payment term do you accept?

We accept T/T, Paypal, Credit Card, E-checking, Order Online, Trade Assurance, etc.

We need a 50% deposit when you place the order, the balance should be paid before shipping.
