Essential Guide to Ordering and Case Studies

This article aims to elucidate the process by which customers may place orders with our factory and the manner in which we cater to our clientele

1.Client provide a mock up or picture,we will make samples based on mock up or pictures.You can also choose from our stock products(usually takes 3-5 days)

Should the client possess merely a concept without an accompanying sketch, we will craft a prototype that aligns with the client's vision.

2.After sample finish we will send a picture to client to approve before shipment.
 After approved by picture, we will ship the sample to clients address.
( usually takes 3-5 days to door)

Should the sample not meet your expectations within this timeframe, rest assured, we will gladly revise it at no extra cost to align with your specifications.

3.Upon customer approval of the sample, we will commence production of the bulk order.Order production time usually takes around 10-15 days.

4.Client choose air or sea shipping before bulk order start, air takes 3-7 days, and sea shipping takes 20-25 days.

5.You are welcome to dispatch your quality control team for an inspection once the bulk order has been produced.

If you lack a quality control team, don't worry; we can still ensure the quality of the goods through video and photo inspections
